Failed D350 Firmware update with RealSense Viewer breaks device and leads to infinite USB Connection / Deconnection cylce
An update attempt with the RealSense Viewer immediately failed, with a Message telling me that this RealSense version was not supported by the update (dont know exactly cannot reproduce) and subsequently produced an infinite Stream of popups notifying that Recovery is Connected / Disconnected. I also get an "Unhandled exception escaping from a worker thread! Error type: Access Violation!" multiple times. Also without the Viewer Windows infinitely Connects / Disconnects the RealSense (~once per second). Linux does not recognize the device any more.
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Device: D435
Current Firmware: unknown (probably gone now)
RealSense Viewer: v2.50.0
Recommended Firmware Version by Viewer: 5.13.0.50

Hi Mome,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Referring to this GitHub case, the user was able to resolve a similar issue after he downgraded the version of Intel® RealSense™ SDK. Could you please downgrade the version of Intel® RealSense™ SDK to version (v2.48.0) and see if the issue can be resolved?
Regards,
Wan
