I do not need logs at this point, thanks.

The most recent Ubuntu version that the RealSense SDK is officially compatible with is 20.04.  Did you test the camera with 20.04 or 20.10 in September 2021, please?  Also, which kernel version are you currently using.

You know i think it was 20.04 -

    This is current : Linux ThinkPad-T510 5.13.0-30-generic #33~20.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Feb 7 14:25:10 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
I thought when you compiled the sdk from source it built the modules for your kernel -i used the apt repo to install librealsense2, when it didnt work i uninstalled and built from source via sdk_source_dir/scripts/patch-uvcvideo-ubuntu-mainline.sh
    it compiled and installed correctly..

When building from source, the most recent configuration supported in SDK version 2.50.0 at the time of writing this is Ubuntu 20.04 and kernel 5.11.  The SDK is able to work with newer kernels but there may be unpredictable consequences in regards to stability and there have been problems reported with using kernel 5.13.

The most stable 5.11 kernel has been reported recently by RealSense users to be 5.11.0-34-generic.

If you continue to experience kernel related conflicts then there is the option of building librealsense from source code with the RSUSB backend method, which is not dependent on Linux versions or kernel versions and does not require patching.

When building from packages, the most recent supported kernel listed is 5.4

More information about all of the above information can be found at the link below.
