435 USB 3.0 and Static
Noticing, especially this time of year, a lot of static related issues.
We use these cameras exclusively with Windows PCs.
In high static environments, the Cameras disconnect from the PCs.
They won't reconnect without power-cycling the cameras.
I strongly suspect (though not an engineer) the issue is with USB and maybe some sort of Fragility of the of the USB connection...maybe at the PC.
Is this anything you may have heard about or have experience with?

Hi Steve Steve There have not been past reports of camera disconnection due to USB cables being exposed to static electricity. However, when multiple RealSense cameras are connected together with hardware sync cable, if that cable is long then it there is the possibility that the cameras may have their 'frame counter' reset by an electrostatic build-up and discharge. It is recommended that the cable is shielded.
