    Hello Erdynieve,

    Thank you for your interest in the Intel RealSense D435 and T265 cameras.

    Are you using the T265 camera with the cable that came in the box? Also, are you connecting it to a USB 3 port?

    Another user reported receiving  the "incomplete frame" error and it was due to his board overheating. Also, in the link below it is mentioned that partial frames indicate an issue with the USB sub-system. Did you try using the cameras on a different computer?

    Regards,

    Alexandra

    Hi Erynieve,

    As I mentioned earlier,  partial frames indicate an issue with the USB sub-system.

    You should try using a different PC and let me know if you get the same errors.

    Regards,

    Alexandra

    I'm very glad to hear you got much improved performance by changing the USB cable.   Thanks for updating us!

    Though your case of incomplete frames therefore seems related to the USB system, it is worth adding here for the reference of future readers with the incomplete frames problem that in addition to temperature also being a potential cause of such frames (as Alexandra said), Dorodnic the RealSense SDK Manager added that they can also occur when the CPU is at 100% utilization.

    Good luck with your projects!

    I have the same problem. USB SCP overflow sometimes occurs when I do the following steps:

    1. start the pipeline by runnning pipe.start();

    2. close my program immediately without running pipe.stop().

    3. running the Realsense viewer and sometimes I will see USB SCP overflow

    Although replug USB cable can solve the problem, I want to know how can I detect this problem whithout running the RealSense Viewer?

    Do the errors stop if you reduce the resolution or the FPS speed please?
