Error (9901) : from Dynamic Calibration Tool and CustomRW.

Hello,

 

I have more than 20 D435 cameras. However, most cameras don't have extrinsic parameters between color and depth, which makes color-depth alignment impossible.

 

So, I've been trying to re-calibrate many D435 cameras using Dynamic Calibrator and CustomRW. However, these two tools provide me the same response as below:

"Error (9901): calibration tables on device are not supported, Please try again with latest Dynamic Calibrator software.
If you are already using latest software, please re-calibrate the device with latest OEM Calibration tools and try again.
check CustomRW tool."

 

How Can I fix this problem? Is purchasing Intel® RealSense™ D400 Camera OEM Calibration Target the only way to solve it?

 

If I purchase an OEM Calibration Target, Can I get the OEM calibration tool?

Is there any limit to the OEM calibration tool, such as the limited number of cameras that can be calibrated?

 

I appreciate any help you can provide.
