Hi Sasabukreev808 As you are using a D410 depth module, you likely purchased your own USB cable for it. If it is your own choice of cable, it should be a high quality one that is designed for data transfer and is not an inexpensive one meant for device charging. If it is a long cable (2 meters or more) then quality is important because otherwise performance could degrade or the camera could disconnect.

Thank you for your answer! May i clarify one detail? You mentioned that my USB cable may cause such problem and if i change it to another one it will solve the problem? Tell me also please, for this camera i should use USB 3.0 and higher or 2.1 is also okay? Should i only use Intel bredned cable?

I cannot provide a guarantee that changing the cable will solve the problem, but using a high quality cable can be helpful.
RealSense cameras can use USB 2.1 or USB3 (USB 3.1 / 3.2). The internal quality of the cable is what is most important. I would recommend using USB3 if you are able to do so.
Intel's official cable is not available for purchase separately. It is fine to use other USB cables if they are high quality. A company called Newnex supply RealSense-tested cables of equivalent quality.

You could also search stores such as Amazon for the term usb3 data transfer cable and look at cable listings that have the words 'data transfer' in their title.
