    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you try to change the cable to a different USB Type-C cable and try to connect the L515 Camera to another PC?

     

    Another thing to try is flipping the USB-C connector into the camera and inserting it the opposite way to change its polarity.

    Also, ensure to connect the L515 camera to the USB 3.1 port for it to work at the optimum.

    I try another cable to connect my L515

    The result is 

    1. I can't open the RGB camera, and the error code is still the same

    2. Depth camera is work well

    3. Gyro is work well
