How to contact official Intel Realsense support in Thailand?

I have problem with my D455 camera since I accidently install firmware that lower than requirement and there is no any warning before install.

 

and I mess up more by trying modify "Librealsene" on Linux and now It become "Unknown device" on Windows

So I'd like to know that how intel could help. I've  already contact call center in my country but they said Realsense have their own support team so I decide to contact here.

I just want to ask Realsense support that is it possible to send camera back for force install software that make it back to work or their is another way.

Note: Hardware is 100% fine just a software that mess up.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.
    You can install the Intel® RealSense™ SDK 2.0 (v2.50.0) which is available here. On another note, are you able to open Intel® RealSense™ Viewer on your machine?

    I've tried install new sdk but still got same result seem the problem it became "Unknown Device" is because of my usb port but now I've problem with "Invalid SDK".

    The cause of problem is I've installed too old FW on my D455 so how could I solve it
