My Asus laptop use Intel Realsense Viewer can't connect D435i

The Intel RealSense D435i cannot be connected to the Intel RealSense Viewer downloaded from the laptop, but I confirmed that the D435i is connected from the computer settings. The same steps can be used on the desktop. It has been a week.　My laptop brand is Asus。 Please help me!!

Hi Alexrodriguez328456 If you are using Windows, please check in the Windows privacy settings that permission to access the camera hardware and permission for applications to access the camera are both set to On. You can do this using the instructions in the link below.
