order D456 has OOC Thailand

Dear Sir, We have a procurement limitation in Taiwan, we can not buy the electrical product which the OOC is China. Is that possible to press the order with this requirement ?

BTW, we also need this D456 date code is after 2025/Jan. Is that possible ?
