    Hey Marty. My company has the same issue and we have not gotten any update on shipping since we placed the order on December 22nd of 2025. Do we really need to submit a ticket to know the status of our order ? We already used the tool Order Information from the platform and there is no new information or tracking number associated with the order yet

    Hey Marty. I sent an email using the contact sales button, and it said that an employee would reply within a day. However, I waited for two days and sent two emails, but no one responded.

    What should I do? Our company needs to purchase 36 D435 depth cameras.

    Hi Fang Li, if you have not ordered already then you could try ordering from the official RealSense Store's D435 page and setting the Quantity box to 36.
