D555 Not Working

    Hi Marco Miralles  You mentioned that you have tried factory reset.  Have you tried the type of factory reset that is provided by the rs-dds-config tool while on a USB connection, please?

    Hi Marty, thanks for the reply.

    I believe I had already tried factory resetting via the rs-dds-config utility and via the RealSense Viewer.

    I just tried factory resetting using the rs-dds-config as you mentioned and it is still not connecting via ethernet.

    I also heard from support and they said to RMA the camera through the store.

    Thanks very much for the update.  If a member of Support advised you to RMA return the camera to the store that you purchased it from then please proceed with that.
