L515 - Can't get range over 3.5m

My L515 was still working yesterday but suddenly I can't detect objects four meters away. I didn't change any settings, and the sensors didn't suffer any damage.  I rebooted the firmware but nothing improved. Would you please tell me how to solve?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We noticed that you posted a similar thread here. We will treat this as one. Glad to hear that your camera is operating normally. 

    The probable cause might be due to having exceeded the operating temperature range. 

    The ambient temperature range when the device is streaming is between 0 - 30 degree Celcius. This information is available at Table 4-5. Storage and Operating Conditions from Intel® RealSense™ LiDAR Camera L515 Datasheet.
