REALSENSE L515 Hardware failure

Hi Intel pals

We are currently suffering for the L515 occasionally crash during operating, and there is no way to reboot the device via commend or other similar way. Also, I'm noticed that many people have the same issue during operating. The software version of the L515 is already in latest version, Please help to check this issue.
