DOUBTS TO USE MULTIPLE CAMERAS
HELLO, I'M PREPARING AN INTERACTIVE PROJECT WITH THE NOTCH ONE PROGRAM, I NEED TO HAVE 3 CAMERAS ON THE SAME COMPUTER AND CONTROL THE SAME FILE SO THAT PEOPLE CAN MOVE THE CONTENT AT THE SAME TIME. IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE YOUR CAMERAS, WHICH MODEL DO YOU RECOMMEND ME AND HOW MANY I CAN USE ON THE SAME COMPUTER.
THANK YOU SO MUCH

Hi Antonio If you are using all cameras simultaneously on the same computer then four cameras is a good maximum to consider. For that number of cameras, a computer with an i7 processor or better is recommended.
If you anticipate having multiple people in the scene who are moving around in front of the camera then the RealSense D455 model would provide a wide field of view and fast shutters on both the RGB and depth sensors (helping to avoid blurring on the RGB image when the camera is moved around or when capturing motion).

Yes, the 400 Series cameras can work from behind glass. An example of this is a custom housing for the camera that an underwater project used.

we are going to use the cameras with NOTCH ONE software, do you know it? Do you know if several cameras have been used at the same time with this software?
Another question: how can we extend the cable of the camera since each one will be located between 5 and 20 meters, the furthestThanks

I have not experienced Notch myself, though the Notch manual states under the heading Using multiple RealSense cameras with Notch that it supports up to four RealSense cameras.

For distances up to 20 meters you can use USB extension cables with Active Repeater components that boost the range. The company Newnex are an example of a supplier who can provide premium-quality 'industrial grade' USB cables for RealSense cameras, including Active Repeater cables for lengths up to 20 m.

You could capture multiple people based on their skeletons using a single 400 Series camera with the RealSense-compatible commercial software packages Cubemos Skeleton Tracking SDK or the Nuitrack SDK

If you prefer to create your own body tracking solution with multiple RealSense cameras, the link below has an advanced Intel seminar on YouTube about training a body recognition dataset with multiple cameras.
