Issues regarding the RGB sensor of the D435

I'd like to know what model the RGB sensor of the D435 is? What are the focal length and width of this sensor? Where can I find the specification information of this sensor?

    Hi Y SQ  The D435 camera model uses the Omnivision OV2740 sensor for its RGB sensor.  The table below has specifications for this sensor when used as the RGB sensor.
