Hi Daniel  I recommend reading the section Depth Camera D400 Thermals on page 59-60 of the current edition of the data sheet document for the 400 Series cameras

    https://dev.intelrealsense.com/docs/intel-realsense-d400-series-product-family-datasheet

The camera is validated for powered operation up to 35 degrees C.  The camera can operate above that recommended operational maximum temperature but there is a risk of degradation of performance and depth quality.

    Thanks for the input!

I checked that section of the datasheet, but if I understood it well that is the temperature limit of the case of the camera.

I want to use the camera module in a custom setting, with another cooling method, and I need the maximum operating temperature that the module should reach in order to design the cooling system. Maybe, there is such information about the module.

In that section, the temperature of 35 degrees C refers to the internal temperature inside the casing of a casing-sealed D455 camera unit during operation.  As you asked about the temperature in relation to the D455 model, the table on page 59-60 provides the most relevant guidance about temperature for that model.

I did understand though that you may have been asking about the caseless Depth Module component that is used inside the D455, which is the D450 Depth Module.  So I wanted to first make the distinction between temperature information for the internals of the D455 and the separate information that is relevant to the D450.

The Depth Module temperature information is covered on page 46 of the data sheet in the table titled  Stereo Depth Module Storage and Powered Conditions.  In that table, case temperature refers to the overall depth module.  It recommends a maximum of 50 degrees C when powered.
