    Hi Saad Azhar

1 and 2.  RGB is not required for generating a RealSense depth image (which is produced by the infrared sensors), though it can be useful for aligning depth to color.

On the D435 / D435i, the RGB has a slow Rolling Shutter and the depth has fast Global shutters.  If you feel that you may need fast RGB capture in future then the D455 will be an excellent choice.

    3.  The stereo depth algorithm on the 400 Series cameras is robust against vibration.  If the camera is experiencing severe vibration though then you could add vibration damping pads on a camera tripod or at the point where the camera is mounted.

    4.  It is difficult to advise about correcting images without first seeing how the image is specifically being affected.  There are a wide range of corrective measures that can be taken though.  Intel's camera tuning guide can act as a guide to the some of the effects that may be encountered and ways to improve the depth image.

There is also a table for comparing the specifications of RealSense models in the link below
