Viewer fails to open

The SDK appeared to install fine on Windows 10 without errors, but at the end, selecting open realsense viewer I get
Program terminated due to an unrecoverable SEH exception:
Illegal CPU instruction!
Possibly newer CPU architecture is required.

The computer is a bit old, Asus P1801 with Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU
I never saw a minimum spec listed. D455 camera.
Ideas?
