I'm trying to convert .bag file but I cannot run rs-convert at librealsense-master

I need to convert .bag file from record-playback. rs-convert can convert. But I cannot running that code and exe file. How can I convert .bag file?

Hi Jaehyeong96 If you are using Windows, the rs-convert program needs to be run from the Command Prompt interface of Windows instead of with a double-leftclick from the SDK's Tools folder. You can find the Command Prompt by typing 'command' into the text box at the bottom of the Windows screen.
