D435 left IC2 error

I am working with a real sense d435 and I keep getting the "Left IC2 config error". I have tried to update the firmware and different setting but nothing is working. Any ideas?

    Could you check the connection between the D430 Depth Module board and the Vision Processor board to see if they are firmly attached? 

    Are you using the rigid connector board or a flexible cable to make the connection between the two?

    I have connected the camera with the original type c cable from the box.

    The D430 is a camera circuit board module without a casing.

     

     

    Did you mean that you have a D435 camera, please?

    Okay, thank you very much.  I believe that IC2 errors are an error with the camera hardware.  If you can access the RealSense Viewer program, does the error get connected if you go to the 'More' icon at the top of the Viewer's options side-panel and select the 'Hardware Reset' option from its menu?

    If you do not have the RealSense Viewer, you can achieve the same reset by unplugging the camera, waiting a couple of seconds and then plugging it back into the USB port with a quick, firm insertion action.
