D430 module focus issue
Bought an intel realsense d430 module with vision processor kit, it seems the focus in one of the global shutter camera is not proper. Please check below snapshot for details.
Is this is defective module or can be fixed through software?

Thanks,

If the D430 module was flexed during handling then it can negatively affect the calibration of the imager sensors. It is correctable though by re-calibrating the sensors. This can be done with the Dynamic Calibrator software for the 400 Series cameras.
If you are using a Linux operating system, the installation instructions for Linux start on page 14 of the Calibrator's user guide document.

The brokenness of the depth image does resemble what I would expect to see from a mis-calibrated camera.
It is not likely to be an issue with the exposure setting, as that should affect both IR streams equally if the value were changed.
If you only have the affected IR stream activated and have the depth stream and other IR stream disabled, is it still blurred please?

Tried disabling other infrared stream and depth stream but the blurrness remains same in the right camera.
Tried calibrating using dynamic calibration tool, getting the message like "Pattern is not detected in the right camera"(Pattern is shown in the center of the FOV)
I am pretty sure this looks like out of focus issue, is there any way i can fix this ?
Thanks,

I have never encountered this particular issue in the 5 years I have done technical support for RealSense. It does seem increasingly likely it is a hardware fault. It may be worth enquiring to the place that you bought it from regarding the possibility of a refund or replacement if you purchased it recently.
Check first though whether the affected IR imager is clean on the front though and does not have a fingerprint on its lens.
