I can't start Viewer for d415 on wins 10

Hi there,

Can you help me to solve this problem.

I just installed sdk Intel.RealSense.SDK-WIN10-2.31.0.1234 and click the icon of viewer from github.

I even downloaded the viewer.exe directly from github but doesn't work.

I can start the sample codes through vs studio.

my laptop recognizes the camera.

Please help me.

If programs bundled with the RealSense SDK such as the RealSense Viewer and Depth Quality Tool will not launch or freeze on launch, it can be an indicator of a problem with the OpenGL graphics drivers on a computer, as these programs use OpenGL to display the graphics.

If the graphics chip (GPU) in your computer supports OpenGL (which it should do if they are a mainstream GPU brand such as Nvidia or Intel) then updating the graphics drivers on your computer may make the Viewer work.
