Ubuntu 16.04 LTS: realsense-viewer can not recognize D435i after firmware update failed
HW platform: Up2
Environment: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Process: After I successfully installed the librealsense packages following the instructions from the github page, I opened the realsense-viewer. It suggests me to update the firmware, which I did. But it stopped at 95%, then complained about not being able to wait until the reconnection. Then after I closed and reopened the viewer, it can not find any device. If i run:
sudo rs-enumerate-devices -c,
it prints:
No device detected. Is it plugged in?
I can detect my camera on another device (a Jetson Nano) and use it with no problem. I re-installed all the realsense packages but the problem remains the same. Any help is welcome, and thanks in advance!

If the camera is working fine on the Jetson Nano then the problem is probably not related to the firmware driver. The firmware is stored inside the camera and not on the PC, so any problem with the firmware that stops the camera from working would be transferred to any other computer that the camera was connected to.
Does the camera work on the Up Squared if you do a total shutdown (not a restart) of the Up Squared board and then boot the Up again from shut-off, please?
