Could you provide more information please about what you need help with?   Thanks!

If you are asking about which RealSense camera model is suitable for moving objects:

If the object is at human walking pace or less, a RealSense D415 or D435 / D435i would be suitable.  The D415 would not be suited to tracking motion faster than human walking pace.

If the object is moving faster than human walking pace then you should use the D435 or D435i, as it has a faster shutter that can cope with fast moving objects.

Edit: are you asking about how to read the speed that an object is coming towards the camera, please?  If so, you could likely work out the velocity of an approaching object using a depth camera by continuously reading the distance of the object and calculating the rate of change in the distance to get its speed in metres per second.

    Thanks for the clarification!
What will be the max speed, a D435i be able to detect in case of an oncoming RC Car?

The D435 and D435i can reliably track a scene when attached to a full size motor vehicle moving at high speed.  The link below shows an example of this in a YouTube video..

That's what I was looking for. Does D435i have RADAR?

D435i does not have radar in the usual sense of the word.  The RealSense T265 Tracking Camera can be paired with the D435 to generate very high quality tracking data from the T265 (which has a built in IMU component), accompanied by obstacle avoidance provided by the D435's depth sensing.

The T265 also supports tracking of external objects by detecting an 'AprilTag' tag attached to the object (e.g a remote control car).

There is a new RealSense model coming in April 2020 called the L515.  This is a revolutionary Lidar camera in a very small and power-efficient package compact enough to be attached easily to a handheld-size device.  It can also provide more accurate depth sensing than the D415 and D435.  It also does not experience motion blur.  The L515 is best used indoors or in controlled lighting conditions though.
