Intel D415 inaccurate calibration data
The calibration data is inaccurate, the difference is 10mm, and our tolerance range is ±5mm. After multiple calibrations, the data deviation is too large.

Hi Ying Fang The camera may be having difficulty reading the black colored target image. This is because it is a general physics principle (not specific to RealSense) that dark grey or black absorbs light and so makes it more difficult for depth cameras to read depth information from such surfaces. The darker the color shade, the more light that is absorbed and so the less depth detail that the camera can obtain.
Casting a strong light source onto dark grey / black surfaces can help to bring out depth detail.
Alternatively, you could try resetting your camera to its factory-new default calibration values in the RealSense Viewer tool using the instructions at the link below to see whether it makes a difference to your data deviation.
