  Thanks for reaching out to us.

  May I know which version of Intel® RealSense™ SDK are you using on your machine? For your information, the supported version for the firmware version 5.16.0.1 is Intel® RealSense™ SDK 2.55.1. Could you please install Intel® RealSense™ SDK 2.55.1 and see if the issue can be resolved?
