Port 2.1a port 3.0 configuration on realsense d457

Hi, I use the camara D457 when I connect the camera to the computer to port 3.0 with a cable 3.0 the realsense viewer detect the port  like 2.1  how i can do to for detect usb 3.0?

    Hi Mibarrar1902  When the D457 is used in USB mode, it may be constantly detected as USB 2.1 instead of USB 3.2 if the micro-sized end of the USB cable is inserted into the base of the camera in a particular direction of the two insertion directions available. 

     

    Is the D457 detected as 3.2 if you unplug the micro-sized connector from the base of the camera, turn it around the opposite way and re-insert it, please?
