D455f is not detecting by windows after firmware update

    Please provide us the following information for further investigation:
        1. Intel® RealSense™ SDK version.
        2. The updated D455f Firmware version.

    Hello Hairul,

    Thank you for your response, 

    1. we used the SDK version v2.43.0

    2. and the updated firmware was 5.15.1.0

    after doing the update the camera was not detected by the computer, we are using many ReaslSense cameras for our research work, and we tried other ReaslSense cameras with the USB cable and SDK versions they are working fine.

    Thank you for providing the information.

    Referring to the Firmware releases D400 page, the supported SDK version for D455f with Firmware Version 5.15.1.0 should be SDK version 2.54.2:

    Please use the SDK version 2.54.2 to view the camera via RealSense Viewer and see if the issue persists.
