D415e laptop Connection

folks, apologies but i did search the history.  I am trying to connect my new D415e that is externally powered through the Cat7/Rj45 adaptor for USB 3.0.  The latop is recognizing the adaptor but not the camera itself. not showing in Viewer or via my Python code. ideas?

    The Depth Camera D415e is FRAMOS product. As such, we'd suggest for you to contact FRAMOS for support regarding this issue.
