Calibration parameters conversion to rectified resolution

Hello,

Is it possible to know what are the conversion formulas used to transform the calibration parameters (computed on the 1080p unrectified images) to the 720p rectified images format ?

Maybe it boils down to: is it possible to get the homographies / scaling operations applied during the rectification operations ?
