Invalid SKU on ubuntu after firmware upgrade
Hello,
I've purchaced Vision Processor D4 board, Depth Module D400, and Interposer from Realsense store. I installed realsense-viewer App on Ubuntu 20.04 and then did an automatic update. After updating, the realsense-viewer App failed to detect the realsense module. I am wondering whether the D4 board or the depth module D410 is damaged.
Here are the outputs from my terminal:
lsusb:

Hi Siyuanwu99 Do you know which version your Vision Processor D4 board is, please? There are 4 versions - V1 to V4 - and most only work with a specific Depth Module model. A D410 will be compatible with the V1 model of D4 but not V2 to V4.

It's no problem at all. Did you purchase the 8-pack of D450 and D4 V3 on the RealSense Store or buy one of each individually from another retailer, please?
Are you able to perform a firmware update again if you disconnect the D450 depth module from the interposer cable and only connect the D4 V3 board to the USB port?
