Hi Grsabourin  As a starting point in investigating your case, could you provide an image please of the Windows Device Manager interface that shows which RealSense device is displayed there?  Thanks!

I do not know how a D455 could be detected as an F450, as they are different types of product.  The D455 is shown in the link below.  Can you confirm please that this is what you own, and not an F455

Yes you are right my product is a F455. Sorry my error. Instead of that I'm still running in the same issue that the device is not recognized in Realsense Viewer. Can I use this device in Realsense Viewer? If Yes, why it is not recognized if it  is in Windows device manager.

    Thank you

The F450 and F455 are not compatible with the RealSense SDK and the RealSense Viewer.  The RealSense ID product range (F450 and F455) has its own separate SDK and RealSense ID Viewer.  Details are at the link below.

If you have further problems after reading the information in the above link then could you create a new case on this forum please and include F455 in the title to receive RealSense ID support.  Thanks!

That is good. Now camera is working with RealSense ID. This application seems really dedicated to a single application. Is it possible to grab a point cloud or images as RealSense?

    Thank you

I am not part of RealSense ID product support.  Could you post the above question as a new case on this forum please, including 'F455' in the message title, so that the appropriate RealSense team member on this forum can assist you?  Thanks very much!
