    Hi Lixuefeng  Is the disconnection a one time only event or has it occurred repeatedly, please?

    Thank you.  Are you performing a long-run session with the cameras continuously over a period of days?  If so, the 400 Series cameras should be able to run indefinitely if they remain within recommended temperature tolerances.  If a problem does occur during a multi-day long run session and the camera has not experienced excessive temperature, it is typically related to a non-camera problem such as the USB equipment (cable or hub), the computer hardware or the computer's operating system.
