D455 No Buffer Space Available

Hello Dear Community,
Recenlty I bought 8 pcs D455, 7 of them is working well but one of them not recognize neither windows 10 nor ubuntu 18.04.

I think It's firmware issue.

After that problem, what I try:
- Change USB ports from 3.0 to 2.0

 On Windows: USB-3.0 = Unkown Device

                        USB-2.0 = (!)Intel(R) RealSense(TM) Depth Camera 4n0 Depth 

         Device Manager: Device not started Code:10 (

Device USB\VID_8086&PID_0AD6&MI_00\9&13f6c9c4&0&0000 was configured.

         Which realsense-viewer give me Please Connect Intel Realsense Camera! 

On Ubuntu 18.04: 

       lsusb shows: Bus 004 Device 002: ID 8086:0af5 Intel Corp. 

       realsense-viewer:  04/11 21:11:36,379 WARNING [140125751576448] (enumerator-libusb.cpp:45) failed to read USB config descriptor: error = -1

       rs-fw-update:

Nothing to do, run again with -h for help

There are no connected devices

How can I work with that Camera?
