Hi Powellchang  RealSense 400 Series cameras have been tested by Intel for long-,running and can operate for an indefinite period of time so long as their operating temperatures remain within the recommended maximum range.  If the camera has been active for 3 days before a problem manifests then it is likely that it is occurring due to a cause  other than the camera hardware.  This could include a glitch on the USB port or cable, the computer hardware or the computer's operating system.

As you report that the camera works well on USB 2 but has the detection-loss issue on USB 3, that would seem to indicate that it is an issue related to the USB system rather than camera temperature, operating system or a computer hardware issue other than USB.

If it occurs on different PCs (Windows and Ubuntu) then that reduces the likelihood of it being a problem with the USB ports or the USB controllers.

A factor common to all of the computers would be the camera's USB cable.  Are you using the official 1 meter cable supplied with the camera or a longer cable of your own choice, please?  Also, is the camera's casing hot to the touch when the detection issue occurs, as a hot casing could also indicate a USB cable problem.

we are using the official 1-meter cable supplied with the RealSense.

I will change Computer and test again,
