Hi MartyG, I've used your solution that the camera has done resetting device. Unfortunately,  the error still exist. Could you have another suggestion? Or I need to check something? Thanks.

Excuse me. Could you have the specific approach? Such as SOP of the resetting parameter. I cannot catch your solution. Or the machine is broken ? Thanks again.

3. How to filter the (flying pixel) noise of D435i?
