Just to clarify - our program works 99% of the time. It's just that this error happened seemingly randomly (after we ran the RealSense Viewer) and we'd like to diagnose it so we never see it again.

Ah, I see. It appears that we should update our documentation then. :) Yes, I can confirm that the SDK version is 2.0 based on the folder path of the icon on my desktop.
