I get both depth and color images, plus a screen of capture data...

thanks,  neither the viewer or the depth tool open at all when i open the menu and try there

Hi, Still no luck. I downloaded/installed 2.34.0, clicked the RS desktop icon, nothing. rebooted. nothing

Thanks marty, yes- windows 10. did you mean the 635mb file? Intel.RealSense.SDK-WIN10-2.33.1.1360.exe   635 MB?
