    1. I think left one is more holes than right and again both are same model (D455f) 2. If we conclude, it is hardware issue. Then do you have anything can do for it? such as RMA or..... Best regards...

    Hi, We tried based on the link you gave me but it seems not many changes.   And we also compared the issue  D455i we reported and normal  D455i we have. Left is the issue one we are talking about....

    Hi, We have three. One D455f with issue so we are talking about. And one D455f normal. and one D435i. two D455f and D435i are same performance. only one of D455f had an issue we were talking about....

    We also tested it with 2m distance as well. please check the image below. and the previous one is around 1m.  F.I. Sorry i asked this question via the email from you.
