Per your suggestion MartyG, I calibrated the camera and here are the results. This looks very good. The ease of use of the dynamic calibration application was excellent. Good stuff! Thank you.

A-ha! I had thought about calibration but this far out of whack I thought that might do little. There's probably a thin line between in and out of calibration. The team thinks heat is unlikely but ...
