Hi MartyG thanks for responding! I execute `Factory Reset` is on this GUI. Fisrt I Clicked "Restore Factory" button.and clicked  "Cancel" button. Here is some information, hope that helps.

I am sure using Intel.RealSense.SDK-WIN10-2.45.0.3212.exe package in stall to my PC.
