Custom RGB position calibration seems unresponsive
Hello there,
as I mentioned in previous forum post , I intended to calibrate a new position of RGB with respect to a depth frame to obtain the color image aligned with the depth image (see the picture below).
I successfully went through Dynamic Calibration procedure which is supposed to dynamically adjust extrinsic parameters. After repeated calibration, I reviewed the extrinsic parameters by rs-enumerate-devices -c. The transformation between "Depth" -> "Color" seems to remain barely unchanged compared to default values. Do you know what might be the reason why a calibration result seems not to be written to the device? Is there any way to manually adjust the transformation matrices?

Hi Lucan Martin
Have you used the CustomRW tool that is part of the Dynamic Calibration system to write a calibration to the camera hardware with its -w command, please? Details about doing so can be found on page 58 of the Dynamic Calibration user guide.
That section of the guide also describes how a calibration can be exported to an xml format file, and the XML file also loaded back in so that the calibration in it can be written to the camera hardware. So conceivably you could create an XML calibration file, manually edit it's contents in a text editor program and then load it back into CustomRW with its -r command and write the amended calibration to the camera with the -w command.
