Hi Asd490695922  You mentioned in your earlier case at the link below that you are using the RealSense D455 camera model.

    https://support.intelrealsense.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/7854263142291

The D455 has a minimum depth sensing distance of around 0.5 m, so that could account for the fish nearest to the camera not appearing on the depth image.

I note that you are using the RealSense Viewer tool.  Please check in the Post Processing section of the options side-panel to confirm whether a filter called Threshold Filter is enabled (indicated by a blue icon beside it).  If it is enabled then please left-click on the blue icon to turn it to red (Off).  This is because the Threshold Filter applies a maximum depth sensing range of 4 meters by default, so disabling the filter will increase the distance range that is rendered on the depth image.

Please also try changing the Visual Preset setting near the top of the Viewer side-panel to Medium Density to provide a good balance between accuracy and the amount of detail on the depth image.

Thanks a lot. I have tried your advice. I turned off the Threshold Filter and used medium density. But I haven't obtained any fish. The distance between the fish and the camera is about 60cm. Additionally, the data is normal if we used it on the ground. Do you have any suggestions?

The depth sensing results from the FishSense project under similar conditions suggest that you should be able to receive a depth image from this scene.

It looks as though FishSense's YouTube videos made their capture using the rs-capture RealSense SDK example program instead of the RealSense Viewer.  Could you try launching rs-capture to see if this program provides a better depth image, please?

The image below is from FishSense's "Birch Aquarium" video.

If you are using Windows and have installed the full RealSense SDK, you can launch a pre-built executable version of rs-capture using the instructions at the link below.
