The Depth image or infrared image is invalid
I bought 3 D455 for 3D imaging underwater and I have waterproofed the device.
There is no damage to the device.
However, the depth images and infrared images showed nothing underwater.
How to solve the problem?

Hi Asd490695922 If you have created a custom waterproofed housing for your camera, please check that the viewpoint of the sensors is not obscured by any part of the housing.
If the camera is behind a transparent window then the laser may be reflected back unless an anti-reflective coating is placed over both sides of the window, as described at the link below.

Please check whether the camera's IR emitter is enabled, otherwise there may be insufficient illumination of the underwater scene.
