Hello, the 'Build an Android Application for RealSense SDK' page that you linked to is outdated. It refers to the original years-old and obsolete version of the RealSense Android wrapper for very old Android OS versions that required the Android device to be rooted in order for the wrapper to work. I would not recommend using this method of creating a RealSense Android aplication.
