Emailed renewal link is invalid

Hi, I received an email about renewing my licence after 12 months but the link was invalid and 404'd.

How can I renew my license before it expires?

Hi Rod. The Dimensional Weight Software (DWS) has-been discontinued by Intel. It was announced last year.

Whilst some camera and software products were discontinued, the RealSense 400 Series stereo depth camera range continues and a new D405 model specializing in accurate short-range sensing has just been added to the range.
