Return request not proceed
Hi! I have just bought a D415 camera, but at the time I got I find it does not fit into my project. I did not use it and everything is all good (tripod, package, manual...). I then submit a return request and several customer support post. However its been 3 day passed. I did not hear anything from real sense, which has promised 1 business day reply. May I know what should I do right now?

If you have already tried this contact form and did not get a response then if you have not heard from them after the weekend then I recommend going to the bottom of the contact page and clicking on the Contact Sales button to submit a general enquiry to the RealSense sales team.
