    Hi Aran Osinalde  Can you first check the camera privacy settings in Windows please to ensure that permission for applications to access the camera is set to On.  Instructions for doing so are in the link below.

    Thank you for your feedback and idea. But yes, I have already checked that. The permission for applications to access the camera is set to on.

    If you have any other ideas please don´t hesitate to inform me ;)

    Do you have any spare full size USB 3 ports on either of your Windows PCs, or something you can temporarily unplug from a USB 3 full-size ('A') port so you can test the camera in it?

     

    RealSense cameras historically have had more problems with USB C to C and Thunderbolt connections than when connected to a USB 3 Type A port.
