Problems Activating Realsense D435i
So I have a Realsense D435i, and I try connecting it with my Windows 11 and Windows 10 PCs via a USB-C to USB-C cable into a Thunderbolt plug, but when I try using it over the camera app, it recognizes the camera, but the screen stays gray. I tried looking on Device Manager to see if the camera even appears, and it does. I tried updating its drivers, but it seems like the drivers are all up to date.
Right now I'm not very sure what to do, so I would love to get some help.
Thanks to all of the community.

Hi Aran Osinalde Can you first check the camera privacy settings in Windows please to ensure that permission for applications to access the camera is set to On. Instructions for doing so are in the link below.

Do you have any spare full size USB 3 ports on either of your Windows PCs, or something you can temporarily unplug from a USB 3 full-size ('A') port so you can test the camera in it?
RealSense cameras historically have had more problems with USB C to C and Thunderbolt connections than when connected to a USB 3 Type A port.
